Anders has over 30 years in Real Estate, Development and Construction. Over the years he as specialized in finding projects that have exceptional ROI value and potential, with minimized risk. He has worked with several high profile clients over the years, developing some amazing projects mostly in the western part of the the US. such as CA, NV, UT, AZ and HI.
He has also developed a number of projects in his native Sweden in cooperation with his family who owns one to the most prestigious construction & engineering firms in the country. With such projects as the famous Globe Arena, the ASTRA plant, the Volvo Penta industrial plant, the Expressen high-rise along with the masterplanned community of Rissne that has 10,000 condo’s and over a million square feet of commercial and retail space.
Further more he has a BA in Economics from the Royal School of Economics in Stockholm, along with an MBA from UNLV and an JD from ALU.

Steven studied international business at Landmark College in Vermont, gaining him a solid foundation in global commerce and honing his analytical skills to excel in a dynamic and ever-changing business environment.

Jon Lekaris a highly experienced real estate investor with 20+ years of success in the industry. He has a proven track record of identifying lucrative opportunities, negotiating favorable deals, and maximizing returns on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
Wendy Merill
VP of Real Estate
Wendy has been a real estate broker and a broker-salesperson in Nevada since 2011. She started as a real estate salesperson in California in 1995 and moved to Nevada in 2007. Her experience includes innovative interaction with all types of distressed properties and regular representation at the Clark County NV real estate auctions for acquisition of foreclosures. She has also conducted traditional real estate representation for all kinds of clients. Wendy is also a licensed property manager. She has extensive experience writing and negotiating contracts.
With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of market trends, Wendy goes above and beyond her competition to provide insightful guidance and investment strategies to her clients. Her specialty is to discern trends and formulate business strategies to capitalize on them. Wendy’s pioneering work in HOA foreclosures before the law was codified resulted in excellent profits for her investors. Her economic and financial skills are based in knowledge she initially gained from her MBA in Finance from Cornell University.
Wendy’s work ethic is innovation, trust, transparency, and partnership. She can be counted on for relentless pursuit of Goldstream Land Group’s property goals.
Goldstream Land Group came about after years of doing business together on various projects with our individual companies, we realized that by merging our years of experience and expertise, we could accomplish even greater goals and success, and thus Goldstream Land Group was born.
